The Foundation entered into contract with Stephen Dey to purchase from him two strategic parcels of land known as the Sliver and the Corner. Both of these parcels of land are located at the entrance of Walnford Park.

MCF also purchased scenic easements on two additional parcels, known as Stream Valley and Scenic Meadow. Preserving these lands assures that the entry to Walnford will remain forever undeveloped.
