Judy Musa, Communications Manager - Monmouth Conservation Foundation

Middletown, NJ (April 8, 2024) – Monmouth Conservation Foundation, the county’s only land trust, has hired Judy Musa as its new Communications Manager, reporting to Director of Development and Communications Karen Keene and Executive Director William Kastning.

A lifelong Monmouth County resident with two decades of marketing communications experience, Judy has promoted consumer products and services and developed partnerships and education campaigns on environmental, public health, and education issues. She will support MCF's charitable work to preserve open space, farmland and natural habitats that support environmental sustainability and outdoor recreation for all county residents.

“We welcome Judy to our team at this pivotal time when Monmouth County’s available open space is diminishing. We must be a voice for our community and share the importance of how access to nature and the outdoors benefits the health and well-being of all who reside here,” said MCF Executive Director Bill Kastning.

Judy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and German cum laude from Douglass College/Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She holds post-secondary certificates from Rutgers’ School of Business Management, a Business German certificate from the Goethe-Institute, and a Digital Blueprint Certificate from the SBA/NJ Small Business Development Center.

She served on the Commissioner-appointed Monmouth County Solid Waste Advisory Board for a decade, while also volunteering for environmental and community causes. She currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Board of the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College and is a LEAD NJ Class of 2024 Fellow.

“I am thrilled to work with this organization that steadfastly supports environmental sustainability for future generations. MCF’s strategic plan speaks to my passions as an ardent nature lover, gardener, Sandy Hook sunbather, runner and hiker, home recycler/composter, and as a parent. As our family has always strived to do our part for our planet’s future well-being, joining the Monmouth Conservation Foundation to help tell their story is how I can help #KeepMonmouth Green,” says Judy Musa.
